2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this Agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties under the applicable consumer protection acts concerning the electronic sales and delivery of the products ordered by the Buyer from the Seller's website (locoroll.nl).

By completing an order, the Buyer accepts that they have read and understood all standard information, preliminary details, and general conditions regarding the product, shipping charges, and withdrawal rights.

3. Product Specifications & Pricing

The specifications, quantities, unit prices, discounts, VAT rates, and shipping costs of the ordered products are as listed on the checkout confirmation screen and the invoice sent to the Buyer's email upon order completion.

Any discount or B2B volume pricing tiers will be strictly calculated at the time of purchase in the digital cart and are binding. In case of unexpected price discrepancies or server sync errors, the Seller reserves the right to contact the Buyer to cancel or adjust the order before dispatch.

4. Delivery & Order Fulfilment

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days from our logistics hub in Almere. Deliveries are made to the shipping address designated by the Buyer during checkout.

The Seller is not responsible for delayed deliveries caused by shipping companies (e.g., PostNL, DHL) or inaccurate address coordinates provided by the Buyer. Upon receiving the parcel, the Buyer must inspect the integrity of the packaging before signing the carrier's delivery slip.

5. Payment & Security

All online payments are securely handled via Stripe utilizing advanced SSL encryption technology. The Buyer can pay using supported debit/credit cards, iDEAL, bank transfer, or other local payment methods.

Orders will only be processed for packing and shipment once full payment is successfully authorized. For B2B partners operating under Net-30 payment agreements, terms will be governed by their approved wholesale contracts.

6. Right of Withdrawal & Exclusions

Under European Union distance selling directives, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, there are critical exclusions under Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU):

For non-perishable merchandise or defective items, you must contact us at info@groenpack.nl within 24 hours of delivery with proof of damage or defect. Corrective shipments or refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we strive to reach an amicable solution with our customers. The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform for consumers, which can be accessed athttps://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

Any legal actions, trials, or claims arising from this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the authorized courts of Almere, Netherlands, and are subject to Dutch law.
